Claims or incidents are reported to “THEProgram” or directly to your carriers. As the broker, we wish to know about all incidents/claims. We are not trained or licensed for the actual claim settlement process, but we serve as your advocate and expediter. As a member of “THEProgram,” you will not be on your own when you need insurance the most. We monitor the progress of each claim/incident.
